I didn't expect my phone call to be answered at 8AM the other morning, but Andrew took the call and resolved my very urgent computer issue over the phone with my wife. He was calm (as my wife was panicking), patient and thorough, he exceeded our expectations with his knowledge and customer service. We are grateful to have discovered a local computer consultant that we can rely on. Many many thanks Andrew!
Super helpful. Didn't charge me for his time advising me. Thank you! I can't believe some guy is on here complaining that the Doc gave him a free tutorial and held his hand through a diy repair. Clearly that person is in the minority.
He has very loving mannerism, he sprang right into action and taught my son a few things on the way. Very much a family company that accommodates needs. 10/10 would recommend using this company.
