In Dec 2025, I went to buy a laptop at the Uptown branch and I was helped by Antonio. He was 10/10! He was polite and respectful, kind and friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He listened carefully to my needs, answered all of my questions without once making me feel dumb (can't say the same thing about the manager on duty though), and provided options that best suited my needs. I left the store with my new laptop in hand, fully confident that I had made the right decision. I've been happily using it for the past few months without a single regret or issue. Needs to pay for more staff. Shop at the Langford store if you want knowledgeable service. They didn't have the stock on hand that their website said that they did. A wasted trip and the staffer didn't even manage to enquire if I'd like something else. Bought what I wanted elsewhere.
