“It’s been great working with Tanya. It’s easy to get in touch with her and her team. We’re happy with it.“
“Pipsqueak Pups has helped me get my puppy off on the right foot - she loves going, gets a full day of socializing with other dogs, and I trust the team there to reinforce the good manners that I am working on with her at home. She comes home calm and this makes it so much easier to train her and help her fit into my family life. I really appreciate having a great place for her to spend her days, especially on days when I know I won't be able to meet her needs for exercise and play. Thank you to Sonja and her team!“

“We met Jennifer about 6 years ago because we were in need of help with our reactive, high energy, Australian Shepherd puppy. Her classes combined with a home visit made all the difference - and it was us she trained the most. It was an eye-opening experience for us as we learned how to control and anticipate our dog. BTW, we're seasoned dog owners and quickly learned that we didn't really know anything about dog training or reactive dogs.We can walk our dog anywhere now and feel confident that he'll behave. People compliment him for his behaviour all the time!We now have a small dog - a Cavalier - and have just finished Jennifer's puppy class, and it was so great and so much fun. We wish we had done this class with our Aussie!Jennifer's knowledge, patience and passion for dogs is infectious and just so appreciated. We can't recommend her enough!“

3133 Sumner Ave, Burnaby“I started coming here for Agility a few years ago during the pandemic and it has been awesome. I came from another facility and initially was quite nervous we wouldn't fit in as the initial application required a demonstration video but it was fine and more to make sure we were registered for the correct Agility skill level. During the pandemic they followed Public Health Orders and always ensured safety was maintained for dogs and trainers alike. My dog and I were made to feel very welcome and it has been really great training both privately and in group classes. The group class community is very positive and encouraging - people clap for each other, cheer each other on or even trade videos of each other's runs. We also laugh at the silly things our dogs do from time to time. The instructor I've been primarily working with is Elisha and she has an incredible sense of humour, is an encouraging coach and is quick to identify errors and recommend adjustments. All the dogs love her as she often has the best treats for the most challenging obstacles. They have a good registration system in place where if you already have a spot in the class then you have a reserved space for the next series. Private lessons are popular also. Staff are very communicative and kind with questions. Bonus is that their payment system is through a business version of PayPal so I feel my credit card information is safe. I'd highly recommend this place if you're thinking about taking your dog here for training.“
“I made arrangements while I was in the US to drop off Noodle on a Friday. However, due to mishaps on my accomodations, they immediately took her in as soon as I landed Vancouver. It was a last minute request and they are very nice folks. I will bring my dog to them again. Ken and Yvonne are really nice. When I was picking up Noodle, they felt they were being separated from their grandchild, Ken’s arm on Yvonne’s shoulder as they bid us goodbye. Noodle would climb up to Ken’s lap as soon as he sat on the couch. Noodle became more affectionate when we returned to the US. Yvonne paid attention to the needs of the other dogs as well. Fed 3x a day plus treats and lots of hugs. They are really wonderful! I will bring Noodle back to them on my next trip.“

888 Clark Dr, Vancouver“Our dog had a partial ACL tear over the winter and she had PRP. Although the PRP was successful, she wasn't recovering fully after several months. She continued to limp and we could see her injured leg was getting weaker. We decided to start the 12-week program at Aquapaws and it 100% worked. She is fully back to her long walks and some gentle ball play for now. After laying for a while she limps a bit since it gets sore, and prefers to put less weight on the leg when standing. I fully recommend Aquapaws with their well-rounded approach in rehab. At times there is disorganization in the program and that you'll have to be very committed on your end doing the homework 2-3x/week for proper results. You'll have to be patient with the results but I found significant changes every few weeks where she could obviously do more and was more comfortable.“

3633 Main St, Vancouver“Favourite place to shop in Vancouver for my puppy. The staff are welcoming and thoughtful. Purchased their house brand lead a few months ago and they were kind enough to exchange it for a longer size and add an attachment to help it work at a small point too to make up for the height difference between my partner and I. Highly recommend checking them out ☺️“

6200 McKay Ave #100, Burnaby“I was just here. And they were super helpfulMy 1.5 year old "chihuahua" never got puppy classes. And she doesn't really know how to meet other dogs. She's scared. It started affecting walks and now it is gotten to the point that she refused to go out the door. We have not gone on a walk for over 1.5 months. Tried to sign her up for puppy socialization classes but the problem is that they only do them for up to five month old puppies for most places. Tried to go private trainers but they all do one on one with trainer and no dog or adult classes for tricks. But she needed the basics. "How to meet and greet another dog" , "simple commands"Came to PETSMART as I know they do puppy classes. Tried out they do adult beginner socialization classes. Only thing is none of the class times fit my work schedule as I need to go home to pick up the dog firstThey offered to take down my name and availability and a trainer will call me in a week or so. Customer "service" Thank you.“

5696 Fraser St, Vancouver“My first visit to Atlas animal hospital was when I brought my son’s husky in for laser neutering. It was a very positive experience. The staff were warm and friendly and the result was fabulous. The Husky healed beautifully without any issues whatsoever. Skip ahead 3 years and I am back again to have my little dachshund laser neutered and microchipped. I live in Victoria BC. I called several veterinarians here and couldn’t find any that did laser neutering. It was important to me that my little dog suffer the least amount of pain and trauma with less chance of infection and heal as quickly as possible. So off to Vancouver we went to Atlas animal hospital. Was the same experience as the first. Wonderful care and the price is amazing!! It cost me less than half the price including my travel expenses than the conventional neutering cost that I was quoted by the veterinarian clinics in Victoria. I took photos of the suture sight 5 days later and emailed them to Atlas veterinary hospital and spoke to Karen who received them and told me the Dr would call me within 1/2 hour. Dr Bhullar called me back in 20 minutes and assured me that everything was looking great and encouraged me to call again if I had any future concerns or questions. Compassionate and professional pet care at a fraction of the cost. I only wish that they would open an animal clinic here in Victoria. Highly recommend Atlas animal hospital.“
“The people here are fantastic! My dog Tico was there for a few months and they really put some killer effort into making sure he was comfortable and well taken care of, going over and beyond the call. Special people. L“
