I had in the past not being happy with the service at the dog grooming, never got really rectified. However yesterday I went and request.ed help went into groomer at PetSmart that was late when they were no longer taking dogs. She however direct me to what blade shave number to do my furry girl, then manager and Peggy help me out. Great price great service. My Suzie is happy now with a shave down. PetSmart you gain my respect again but thank you for the staff last nite

I'm always very happy with customer service. Staff are always very friendly and very helpful. Matt the manager has always helped with all my needs and is very knowledgeable about products which I am purchasing. I really appreciate his service.

I’ve been getting my Bernedoodle groomed by Michelle since she was a puppy and Michelle is FANTASTIC. The cut always looks good and she’s very patient (my girl hates getting her face trimmed) Highly recommend the groomers, make sure you leave a tip. They’re always busy and do a great job. Also very friendly staff.
