“I have had a really positive experience with Jeff at Sit Happens Dog Training. Before training with Jeff, I was convinced I would always have an unruly Siberian Husky with behavioural problems who could never be off leash. I will admit I was hesitant at first to do e-collar training, but nothing else had worked up to the point (including training with treats), so I gave it a shot. I’m super happy I did.Now I have a pup who joins me on hikes, walks beside me without pulling, even went to a brewery with me and just sat there like a good boy while we ate, is pretty awesome at home (as chill as huskies can be, of course), and the best part is he can be off leash. He’s living his best life, and I’m not crazy stressed because of the training we did with Jeff. My dog and I have also gotten to a point where I can recall him without the e-collar most of the time. But if he happens to get fixated on something or play with another dog gets too aggressive, I have peace of mind that I can get him safely beside me just by pressing a button.Another huge plus of working with Jeff is that he’s just a phone call away to answer questions and provide advice, even after 1:1 training is done. The internet is full of varying opinions and everyone has something to say about raising and training dogs, so it’s been really relieving to have one source of truth. I don’t Google anything anymore and instead just call Jeff when I’m having any trouble with my boy. I’m super grateful to have trained my dog with Jeff’s help.“
“Wonderful.Nikki did an outstanding job on our dog Galán! He can be very hard to groom and even brush, AND she consistently has him ready in about 2 hours and with a perfect cut. ?She has made him not hate grooming! It used to take 5 hour sessions despite his size.“
“This animal hospital has some of the most patient, kind and understanding people I’ve met. I started taking my dog here last year and have nothing but good experiences. My dog deals with some vet anxiety and they are very accommodating to her needs. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good vet experience.“
“Everyone at Hazelmere Kennels are extremely sweet and professional! We have a dog that can be hard to deal with, and aggressive towards others. With a trip planned last minute, we were really worried about what we would do. But Archie was well taken care of and we got updates often! I have never seen him so happy with anyone outside of family as much as he was here. Their accommodations for his behaviour was above and beyond, and made the vacation stress free. I definitely recommend you take your pup here, I would not trust anyone else :).“
“I highly recommend Ryan to anyone with a dog!After having dogs my entire life, I’ve discovered I truly knew very little about the dog’s actual world.Our family poodle was having some issues with our kids and it resulted in a bite. Ryan was recommended to us and I’m so glad he was.Within 2 weeks of our first session, we can see the relationship changing between our dog and kids. “I like this store. The staff are knowledgeable and they have a very good selection. My cat happened to develop an allergy to anything Chicken. A staff member helped me find a one protein food that my cat now eats and no longer has the symptoms she had previously. My cat is way healthier now so I'm really happy I came here. Top marks. Well done.“

“I have 2 dogs with differing needs, a cat, 2 birds, and a snake, and this is the only all-in-one place for me. If they weren't there, I'd have to go between Mission, Chilliwack, and Amazon to meet all their needs. Mr. Pets is my one stop shop. We also had a bearded dragon who passed away at 12 years old, so I have 12 years of experience in saying that this is the ONLY place you should buy your crickets. There's nothing wrong with the crickets elsewhere by any means, but you will get much more for much less here.“
“Nice, big, and has lots of supplies in a good range! For raw frozen food lookers: no frozen Primal or Stella and Chewy's, but they have lots of Instinct!“

“Called to inquire about getting my dog in from January 5th-9th. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to take her in because she doesn’t currently have one of the required vaccines but the lady I spoke to on the phone had the best customer service skills I’ve ever received. Hung up the phone & thought to myself, “whoa, that was crazy, felt like I was talking to a longtime friend.” If she cares that much about the help and value she provides over the phone, can almost guarantee she’s going to have the upmost care for your pet.“
