“I really enjoy this Richmond Bosley’s. Staff are friendly and chill, as I would expect a pet store staff to be. I went to one around kitsilano and the guy working there had to go out of his way to remind me in a slightly authoritative way that I need to sign in first before using the dog wash station next time. With this Bosley’s, all I need to do is walk in, give a quick shoutout to the staff and walk straight to the dog wash station. The individual treats at the counter are very overpriced, but their selection of treats are not bad. It could be better with more local brands or small business brands though!“
