PetSmart off of Grandview Hwy provided exceptional customer service. Helped me sort an exchange of products that I'd purchased from them through a delivery service. The girls there at the time were kind, entertaining and helpful. Just a super experience. Shout out to the wee lass with the blue hair...made my day.

I love shopping at Petsmart for all my cat needs! This pet shop has everything you could possibly need in one place, making it super convenient. The staff is always helpful and friendly, which adds to the overall positive experience. It's my go-to pet store, and I'm always happy with my visits.
