If I could give Jen 6 stars I would! I’ve taken many classes with Jen. Puppy, beginner, 3 private lessons, 1 out and about class, and soon to do intermediate. Baymax is extremely stubborn, reactive, the works, but Jen has not once given up on him and reminds us constantly not to as well. The care she puts towards Baymax is like no other. She tests him in levels I was afraid to and now we’ve seen so much improvement in him.
Realized I never wrote a review until now so I’m expressing my gratitude. Thanks Jen!!
This review is a few years late, but I have recommended Jen to multiple friends now and they’ve all had positive experiences.
As a new dog owner in 2021, I took my 16 month old rescue, Maverick, to receive basic and intermediate obedience training from Jen. I learned early on that my rescue had high anxiety. So with Jen’s observation and guidance during the group classes, she gave me additional tips on how to work with my dog’s anxiety and tendency to pull - and after putting them to practice, there was tremendous improvement in my dog’s confidence and obedience.

Jennifer at Top Dog Canine Training saved my relationship with my very challenging puppy!! I had tried a few trainers before I found her and no one was able to help me. I have gone on to do Rally Obedience and social skills “Out and About” classes with Jen and I could not be more grateful for the help she gave me and my pup!! I highly recommend Jen for all your dog training needs!! 🐾🐾🐾
