We met Jennifer about 6 years ago because we were in need of help with our reactive, high energy, Australian Shepherd puppy. Her classes combined with a home visit made all the difference - and it was us she trained the most. It was an eye-opening experience for us as we learned how to control and anticipate our dog. BTW, we're seasoned dog owners and quickly learned that we didn't really know anything about dog training or reactive dogs.We can walk our dog anywhere now and feel confident that he'll behave. Jennifer has made the journey of being a first time puppy mom a whole lot easier. She has given Jack and myself so much confidence in navigating the puppy phase; training; food; exercise; structure and routine and has enhanced our relationship tenfold. We have completed puppy class, basic obedience and are currently busy with intermediate obedience. Each lesson builds on each other which I love! Jennifer is a superb dog trainer, experienced and knowledgeable. We started our German Shepherd puppy which is both hyperactive and bitey with Jennifer at 8 weeks old and trained with Jennifer until she was 20 months old. We went through all of Jennifer's wonderful classes: puppy kindergarten, basic obedience, intermediate obedience, canine good neighbour, Fusion, dog tricks, Out and About Classes (walks all around town) and many pack walks.Now at 2 years old, in a crowded family function, she is well behaved, interacting well and with affection towards adults and children she has never met before.
