We were adopted by Hunter 5 years ago ? After interviewing several clinics in the area we are so thankful we chose Catcare. Never having had a cat, it was important for us to find a clinic that not only cared for Hunter but also provided us with knowledge and education.Dr Karen and her staff are caring, professional, communicative and are always willing to answer our questions and concerns.We made a commitment to provide Hunter with her best life. My elderly diabetic cat has spent another 5-star afternoon at this clinic having his blood levels checked, getting his teeth cleaned, having his thick coat groomed, and receiving the general check-up a chronically-ill senior cat needs. As usual, I could not have asked for better treatment for my dear old boy. I first met this vet when she was just starting out, working in another clinic in my city, and I took in a previous timid old boy with cancer for a check of his condition. She handled him with such gentleness and compassion, and, a few visits later, eased him out of his pain. Hi everyone, I have been a client of Cat Care Clinic in Richmond for over 20 years.Through the years there were tears of joy and tears of sadness. My kittys always were treated there like a " gold " with so much care and love. Last September my 9 year old boy stared losing weight, energy level .I took him for check -up to dr. Karen. With brockenheart, I have to live him over there overnigth for test. They called me in the evening letting me know about his condition and how he was doing. Next day when I come to pick him up he was happy and relaxed. He was diagnosed with ulcers inside of, the bottom of his stomach .
