I made arrangements while I was in the US to drop off Noodle on a Friday. However, due to mishaps on my accomodations, they immediately took her in as soon as I landed Vancouver. It was a last minute request and they are very nice folks. I will bring my dog to them again. Ken and Yvonne are really nice. When I was picking up Noodle, they felt they were being separated from their grandchild, Ken’s arm on Yvonne’s shoulder as they bid us goodbye. Noodle would climb up to Ken’s lap as soon as he sat on the couch. Noodle became more affectionate when we returned to the US. Yvonne paid attention to the needs of the other dogs as well. Ken and Yvonne take care of every dog like their own. They are kind and wonderful people who I know I can trust my dog with. My Aussie pup comes back happy from every adventure with them and is always so excited to see Ken and Yvonne when they come to pick him up. We have also boarded our pup a few times now with them and can trust that he gets all the love and attention he needs. Ken and Yvonne always make sure to know your dogs schedule and any of their preferences they should be aware of. They are absolutely wonderful!

Ken and Yvonne have been walking my dog for the past 5 years and I couldn't be happier. Not only are they awesome human being but they are truly dedicated to the well-being of my dog. They are caring, responsible and always go above and beyond to make sure my dog is happy, safe and healthy.
