“I had a problem with the nosepiece on the frames I bought here almost 2 years ago. I stopped in and explained my issue. The lady was so nice and immediately told me they were still under warranty. She ordered brand new frames for me.The next week, I got a message telling me they were in. I dropped by, they switched my lenses into the new frames, adjusted them for me and I was on my way. The space is bright, large, clean and inviting, and everyone I encountered was friendly and professional.Dr. Ahn did my glasses and contact lens exams. I’m not sure if she’s new there as she’s not listed on their website, but she was great. She had an energy of calm and friendly efficiency which I appreciated. She answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed at any point during the exam.After the exams, Yoko was fabulous in not only helping me choose frames and lenses that suited my face and lifestyle, but helped me to do so in the most cost effective way. I currently have a combination of indoor, transition, and polarized glasses. Sometimes I just upgrade the lenses, sometimes I want to add new style with a fresh set of frames. Since my prescription hadn’t changed that much, I really appreciated Yoko’s advice as she helped me figure out which lens and frame upgrades would give me the best bang for my buck.I had a great experience and can see why Westwood Eye Doctors have garnered such a positive reputation and loyal customer base within the community.
