...There is only 5 stars...I was gonna put 10. My mom had a problem with her new glasses. We came in and told Irene the manager and she took care of the problem very professionally , kind and with fresh spirit and a smile. We recommend this place very much for all your needs with eyes and eye ware.And remember look for Irene she is a sport...very nice and dear person...:-)Thank you very much ,straight ten.

We have purchased many pairs of glasses at the Willowbrook Specsavers store. We are always greeted and there are always opticians to help us with our needs. We do deal, almost exclusively, with Irene. She has so much knowledge, experience and lovely manner, that we are always happy to sit with her while we explain our needs. She offers advice and helps us choose the correct frames to fit our faces and desires.

I had a wonderful experience at the Willowbrook location. Even though it was busy, The employees took their time and were very attentive to my needs. They were honest with their opinions of glasses and im very comfortable with my choices. It's hard to look at yourself sometimes...especially when you cant see..LOL.Thank you so much for your time and I will definitely be returning.Annette :)
