They even caught a mistake from the previous place where I purchased a pair of glasses, it had the wrong prescription!

“I was influenced by all the good reviews this place has, and didn't want to go back to Costco for my exam, so I went to ask some questions in person and the front staff was very helpful and actually knew what PWD was for my coverage! Some places don't, and refuse to help you, insurance wise. I got an appointment, and I like how the vibe is laid back neighborly but with high quality care. Dr Johal did tests I'd never had before, even at other optometry offices which I thought was pretty cool. He's kind, calm and thorough from my initial impression. So I'd definitely recommend trying here! I also appreciate not being pushed to buy frames. Which has kind of fallen out of style as a method for sales, but I have been put off by other places in the past, so it's always a point in favour when that's not the case. I'll be sending all my family members here in the future!“
