The store accepts most vision insurance plans and welcomes all prescriptions. The staff are praised for being helpful, nice, and understanding, with one employee, Nathalie, going above and beyond to solve a problem. Another employee, Kiran, is described as lovely, kind, and patient, making her a pleasure to work with.
These guys are my number one glasses provider and optometrist! These guys make sure you get the best eyesight possible while making sure you look your best! Went here for my first ever eye appointment, and the staff immediately welcomed me and offered a complimentary mint! These guys make me wish I had an appointment every day!
The team at LensCrafters in Guildford Mall was absolutely wonderful. I spent far longer than I expected trying to decide which frames to choose, and they were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed.
What impressed me most was that they weren't focused on selling me the most expensive frames. Instead, they took the time to recommend the styles that best suited my face and worked best with the strength and thickness of my lenses, even when those options were less expensive.
