Nathalie was so incredible! She was patient with us and was always giving us more options to look at when we were unsure. We were extremely happy with her and she helped us come to a final decision on glasses and sunglasses. She's great at her job and deserves more credit than she probably already gets! Will be coming back for her when we need glasses

I went to the Lenscrafters at Guildford a couple times during the weekend before I decided on some frames I like. I am pretty picky so I spent a lot of time asking questions and trying on Frames. I was helped by a wonderful associate named Eunice who was very helpful and nice. Eunice did a wonderful job helping me find the frames that I liked the best and looked great on me too.I ended up getting new lenses for two of my other frames and a new pair of stylish rose gold Voque frames.Because I've been there before they had my measurements on file and that made it a smooth transaction.As much as I thought Lenscrafters was super expensive, I've tried places like Bonlook and...read full review

Helpful and kind staff at the Guildford mall location. Greeted me when I walked into the store and answered all my questions. They helped me pick out a pair of glasses based on my needs.
