I had a problem with the nosepiece on the frames I bought here almost 2 years ago. I stopped in and explained my issue. The lady was so nice and immediately told me they were still under warranty. She ordered brand new frames for me.The next week, I got a message telling me they were in. I dropped by, they switched my lenses into the new frames, adjusted them for me and I was on my way. Again, the service was wonderful.I highly recommend West Coast Optical not only for the quality of products but for the quality of service. Thank you to all.

I have been seeing them for a number of years. I cannot say enough good things about any person I have dealt with at this company. Please people walk in and you will feel the warmth and professionalism from each and every staff member. They go above and beyond what service should be.
