“Good location with plenty of parking options and a handicapped reserved space right at the entrance for those needing this accommodation. Staff are friendly, professional and efficient in their customer service. Everything runs very smoothly. The optometrist Dr. Chan is very competent, brisk, provides necessary detail as to what he is doing as he performs the eye exam and inspires confidence. I’m a nervous talker and he handled it well keeping the focus on the exam and my eye health. He answered all my questions with professionalism and enthusiasm. They stock some very nice selections of designer frames, sunglasses, children’s frames and accessories. I purchased sunglasses on my last visit and had them adjusted this visit, no problem and done as I requested to correct slippage. I highly recommend.”
