“I needed to switch optometrists when mine closed. I picked James street simply because they offered the most affordable (besides Costco) eye exam, but beyond that they have blown past any expectations I may have had. My optometrist was so intelligent, and easily cleared up some questions that I had been having for a while! I was able to get into some more comfortable lenses immediately and she helped a lot with some other eye care stuff I needed to address. My eyes feel a lot better!
THEN I wanted to update my frame and lens situation, and I have a pair of Nike frames that has a bunch of different interchangeable mini frames, like a have a few different dark shades for high sun, a kinda low light one, and a random clear one. But my goal was to get a prescription mini frame I could use with the existing frames I use everyday and they delivered. They replaced one of my sunny shades with a prescription lens! It’s even got the Transition in case the clouds to break out and I’m in the prescription lenses. I am beyond pleased. They are super friendly and answered all my dumb little questions with ease. It didn’t even cost nearly as much as I was expecting, maybe because I already had frames. They have a ton of good Nike selection too, what else can I say. 10/10, highly recommend“
