Amazing customer service. My wife and I both needed glasses recently. We were both thoroughly impressed by the attentive staff. My wife needed her glasses fast as she is visiting Australia soon. The staff got her glasses rushed to her and when there was an adjustment needed, it was taken care of instantly. Kind, friendly, and attentive. The manager, Ken was also amazing.

Our experience was exceptional. Ken was very attentive and professional as we were fitted with our new glasses, my hubby and I are very happy with product,staff,and we love our choices of frames. We are regular customers here and will return when it’s time for a new pair of glasses

I have been going to Pearle Vision in Willowbrook Mall for over a decade and my recent visit illustrates why. The personnel are very well trained in the use of the equipment to take measurements for proper lens alignment, they are knowledgable in the brands available, and took care in submitting the claim to my insurer. In addition to all that I have never been rushed through the process of selecting my new glasses and sun glasses. Although I have moved further away from Langley I will continue to support this Pearle Vision store.
