I’m updating my previous review because the clinic reached out to me and resolved my concerns. At first, I was disappointed with my glasses because the frame looked defective, and it didn’t come with the original case. I also felt this should have been explained when I placed my order.

The docter was very patient during the eye exam as I repeatedly went back and forth between lens exam unsure which one was better.for each eye,so professional, and the glasses were ready in 4 days,very pleased.
I was referred to Coquitlam Optometry Centre by a friend. I really appreciate the comprehensive eye exams and extended hours. Vivian has helped me with my last two pairs of glasses. Most recently, I found the perfect new frames in less than 10 minutes! I no longer live in the area, but I will continue to go back there because of the excellent customer service and care.
