Great place for eye exams and glasses. Personalized service with attentive staff, and I have a great Dr within the group, Dr Mithani who had taken care of my eyes for decades now. I travel 20km from where I live to visit this place!

It is high time for me to express my deep appreciation for the service we have received over the past several years from Coquitlam Optometry. The very professional, friendly, courteous service is pretty rare these days. The office staff is incredibly helpful. They always check for us to ensure we get the coverage we are entitled to from our insurance provider. They remind us when we are due for a check up. And they go out of their way to get us convenient appointments. They are always very helpful when it is time to choose new glasses and in fact, the last time the young man chose them for me. I would give a 5 star as I usually have amazing service with them, but unfortunately I had my first not so pleasant experience dealing with one of the receptionist. I felt she wasn’t too happy to be there and wasn’t the most friendly. Other than this one experience I would recommend them to anyone.
