Having chosen Pacific Eye Doctors, as an important part of my healthcare team is no accident, and the fact that I’m happy to drive all the way from my home in downtown Vancouver to Maple Ridge whenever I need to see them should say it all.
My son had an appointment at Pacific Eye Center, and it was a wonderful experience. Dr. Gill is incredibly knowledgeable and patient with children. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful, with one staff member showing great kindness and comforting my son when he felt uncomfortable after his eye exam. Overall, the team at Pacific Eye Center is excellent.
I have been coming to see you guys since I was a kid...now living in Port Moody I still go out of my way to see you for all of my eyeball needs. Your team has always been fantastic and thankfully i have never needed anything other than an eye exam. This time around I needed a set of low prescription glasses...not always a fun thing to find out. Taylor, the lovely girl assisting with picking out frames, was fantastic! She put my mind at ease, gave me lots of options to try, was patient with all of my questions and ensured I was happy with the overall result.
