Had the girl at the counter program my new key fobs I purchased. They were programmed by a link on-line but would not lock and unlock the doors. I dropped in and she came out to my truck and within a minute, had my locks working on my new fobs. Then, to top it all off, she said No Charge. I felt very satisfied and thankful. Great job.

Total Restoration repaired our basement after we had a sewage flood. They were fantastic - they were in our home every day for two months and everything went smoothly. Staff were all friendly, respectful and professional. Their work was fantastic - everything looks great and our belongings all made it back to our home, cleaned and in the same spot they found them.
A few staff deserve a big shout out - Sandra and Kailey worked so hard for this project every day and were friendly and professional. Cory was a fantastic project manager. Everything was communicated and he was very responsive. He gave us a schedule of the dates for each trade, and it was bang on to the day.

I found out about Omra and went in to meet Mandy. The best service i have ever had. She fixed up the mistakes on my eyebrows and now i absolutely love them. She is one amazing dedicated lady who takes pride in her work. She does not take walk ins, only appointments. I arrived early for my appointment and was waiting in the lounge when a woman—who I initially assumed was a fellow client—began speaking to the receptionist in a noticeably condescending tone. When the owner came out to address the situation, the woman became increasingly confrontational. I thought the owner handled it professionally and calmly, ultimately asking her to leave when it was clear she was seeking conflict.

Highly recommended. From start to finish these folks make it work for you. The folks in the office showed us so much patience in helping to select a replacement flooring. Rob gave us great advice in picking a flooring type and providing an excellent estimate for the work. We cannot say enough about Patrick, Elizabeth and Bryson, who did the install. They were so professional and helpful. They kept us informed throughout the project and we were stunned by the end result. Not often you get a 10 out 10 on a renovation project but they knocked it out of the park! Go with Sierra Flooring, they know how to do it right.

The sales staff, Josh is who helped us, has been extremely helpful. No pressure to buy, great prices, excellent service. The delivery person and installer were friendly and competent. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
I had my driveway paved by this company in 2012. Best money I've ever spent. I juat found the receipt and realized I'd never written a review. Buying local means you get people who care and are part of your community. I had a bad chip on my granite and even though it was a small job, they did everything they could to fit me in right away and sent their best installers who were meticulous. I can’t wait to use them for my full kitchen!

I can't say enough good things about Briana at Hair of the Dog Grooming! She truly went above and beyond for us. Although she doesn’t normally groom large dogs, she did me a huge favour—and I’m so grateful she did.
I was indecisive about how I wanted them groomed, but she listened carefully, asked all the right questions, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with the plan before getting started. I really appreciated how much she cared about getting it just right.
