Our carpet is great, we get lots of compliments on it. However it would have been nice to have a heads up that the underlay is made from recycled materials and there would be chunks of plastic/rubber that you can feel through the carpet. The installer did come back and remove a very noticeable piece but it is throughout the whole area. If we would have known this we would have opted for a different underlay.
