Colin came out to see us for a Spetic tank/pump issue. He did absolutely everything he could and managed to avert a disaster. Given the time (late night and dark) and the fact our pump had given up he didn't go any further as didn't want to have to charge us for things that were unlikely to make any difference. Once we had the system pumped he came back out to finish the job and went above and beyond cleaning our tank as well. Again did everything he could to help and solve our issue while working hard, being patient with us and polite. New pump on the way and then we will be back up and running.We live outside their zone so there is a travel charge and it has been worth...read full review

Peter went out of his way to find a suitable replacement for my very old kitchen faucet. He was friendly, professional and did a great job. I'll be contacting Mr. Rooter to do more work for me.
