Must compliment Berdick and their customer service. I have contacted them on a couple occasions on how to operate their windows in a property we just bought. On each occasion they have taken the time to share their knowledge and walk me through operation of the windows even though they were not getting a sale out it. Nice to see a company wanting to see their customer happy. Thanks again.
