Woke up to find our furnace was not working. Called Crux and two very professional young men arrived before lunch and within the hour did the necessary repair to the ignitor and checked other aspects of the furnace to insure it was all in good order. Very satisfied with this company.
Mike set up a gas line for our pool heater. He and his colleague were friendly, got the job done, tidied up after, and walked us through the work. Afterwards he helped us with our grill connection, which was not part of the original work order. Very appreciative of his willingness to go above and beyond. Thanks so much!
