I had an appt and was running late due to my car breaking down .. this was during the summerland fires and air quality was at a 7-8. I let them know and VAN offered to come pick me up as planned on walking there and was on route ! He was there in minutes which I was already so grateful . They all were amazing and had picked a colour ti match my paddle board for nails and toes and they helped me get an even better colour match than I had .. Well I have to say I've been many nail salons and I asked for a specific nail type.The type I like is a thin natural look to my nails,so they do not look fake. I went in and described what I wanted, they did exactly what I asked for. This was the first salon that followed thru with my request.They're extremely professional and I highly recommend this nail service in Penticton. This was my first time in the shop, the staff were friendly and caring. I will be back.
