Well I have to say I've been many nail salons and I asked for a specific nail type.The type I like is a thin natural look to my nails,so they do not look fake. I went in and described what I wanted, they did exactly what I asked for. This was the first salon that followed thru with my request.They're extremely professional and I highly recommend this nail service in Penticton. This was my first time in the shop, the staff were friendly and caring. I will be back.

12 yrs of pedicure work done on my feet and so far very happy with service. Cannot understand some of the negative notes as both my wife and I are just clients not friends or family, so no special treatment .
By the way, if their employees are family then all the better.

I had such a great experience at this nail salon! Everyone was so welcoming, and the salon was clean and relaxing. Van did an amazing job on my acrylics they turned out exactly how I wanted them. He was very presice, took his time to make sure everything was perfect, and the shape and finish are flawless. I've gotten so many compliments on my nails! I highly recommend booking with Van if you're looking for beautiful, high-quality acrylics. I'll definitely be coming back.
