Thought this was last place left in penticton to get any type of body piercing. Unfortunately I attempted to book and they quit piercings like 7 years ago. Told me nearest would be Osoyoos or Kelowna for any kind of piercing other then standard ear piercing..

Samantha is an absolute color unicorn, she did my hair perfectly! She explained what was achievable and would look good, was honest about styling and products, and is so personable. I'm already booked in for my next appointment. Also, the shop is adorable and clean, and everyone was friendly.

UPDATE: The owner reached after seeing my review. She explained the woman that did my colour was new to it and asked if they could have a chance to make right. I felt reluctant, but thought, everyone is a beginner at some time. Ive been back, and I'm delighted. They were able to correct the color, and we're very professional. To me, this is excellent customer care, and shows real pride in their business. I have already booked my next appointment!!My regular stylist and I had a communication breakdown.
