I got a bunch of keys cut. Had to go back a couple times for one key... he refunded me for all of the keys even though the issue was one key. I was impressed because good customer service is hard to find these days.
Rob was awesome. He was friendly, explained everything with our options, and was very honest with the locks he sold us. He installed it quickly and charged us a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
Amazingly prompt and efficient service. We unknowingly locked ourselves out after hours and they picked up the call on the first ring. They're equipped with tech that he was able to read our lock and make a new key on the spot. We couldn't be happier to be back inside!
