“Visiting from Vancouver, I stopped into Henry Nail & Spa while I was in Penticton and had a great experience overall.

I originally went in for a pedicure, and I have to say it included the best leg massage I’ve ever had! It was so relaxing that I ended up going back a few days later for a manicure.

The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and very efficient. My manicure took much less time than I’m used to, which meant I could get back to enjoying my vacation at the lake. I showed my nail technician a photo of the floral nail design I wanted, and she recreated it almost perfectly. I was really impressed with her attention to detail.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they were extremely busy and seemed a bit overbooked, so the appointments felt a little rushed. A couple of my nails also don’t have complete polish coverage around the edges.

That said, the service was friendly, the prices were reasonable, and I left happy with my nails. I’d definitely come back the next time I’m visiting Penticton!“

I arrived early for my appointment and was waiting in the lounge when a woman—who I initially assumed was a fellow client—began speaking to the receptionist in a noticeably condescending tone. When the owner came out to address the situation, the woman became increasingly confrontational. I thought the owner handled it professionally and calmly, ultimately asking her to leave when it was clear she was seeking conflict.

It’s worth noting that I was the only client present at the time, so I’m not sure how the other reviewer’s account aligns with what actually happened.
