I have been coming to Ascend for many years now. Still in love with all the crew that work there. Ylana, Robin, David and the rest are like family. Ever so friendly and full of happiness ?!Ylana is a great stylist. What an amazing first experience at Ascend! I decided to book an appointment after reading all of the positive reviews on their customer service and my expectations were absolutely met. Ali was incredibly kind and helped me land on a new style for my hair. I left with a flawless new cut and I’ll definitely be back in the future. 11/10 service and I would highly recommend Ascend to anyone looking for a salon in the Penticton area.
