Rita and Sheri in the office were amazing, courteous, friendly and on top of everything all the way. Marcus who had come by to assess our spot and put together a quote was also super friendly, personable and knew his stuff. Big thanks to Andrew and Mike for the install, who likely lost 10 pounds sweating it out in our attic in July! Clean and meticulous install, which I can definitely appreciate as a tradesperson myself, that attention to detail is a sure sign of techs who know what they're doing, you guys smashed it. Also had a new water heater installed and another big thanks to the electrician who I noticed cleaned up our panel with some new breakers, not even related to the install. “Replaced our hot water tank.The technical was thorough and did a complete troubleshooting job.He was efficient and went through all the things that he could have checked.After checking everything and getting the troubling history of this unit .We decided to replace the water heater.One day later we have a new gas water heater very professionally installed by the RPR crew.Great job Jorge and Justin.I will be using these guys again“
