I have been to Platinum Glow several times and I always have a great experience . Their staff always ensure you know how to get the best tan by exfoliating prior and then provide a great spray tan. But this time I want to give a 10/10 to Danika . She really put her heart and soul into giving the best possible spray tan!
I can’t say enough about the time and energy she put into providing a premiere quality experience ! Down to feathering the tan on my hands with a brush for a natural look, and no creasing. Also spray enough times to ensure it was just perfect for what I asked for ( darker legs, lighter face) and then ensuring I had the exact correct products to keep the tan longer. Which it surely did! I have skin that generally doesn’t keep a tan very long and she made it so that it lasted more than a week! Unheard of for me, and that’s also going into a pool!
I was sooo happy with her, I WILL NOT see any one else after my happy happy experience. I just everyone had the pride in what they did as much as she does !

I'd had the same hair style for 60 years. Went to May's to get dark streaks put in my silvery mousy hair. She asked how much I wanted cut off, and I told her, you decide what would look good on me. She cut off about 9 inches, above shoulder length, and slightly layered it. She also dyed my sliver eyebrows darker. I was shocked at my different look, told her I liked it, and now 1-1/2 weeks later I tuck my hair behind my ears and it looks great! I'm told I look younger. I love it and will go back.

First and foremost, Anita is the most wonderful woman in the field hands down. I established this on my first visit. I made an appointment for the most expensive thing on her menu in an effort to help the mess that is my face. The moment she saw me she recommended something much more beneficial to my face AND wallet. It wasn't about the sale at all. She is very knowledgeable with what she does.The atmosphere was absolutely comfortable. She has a furry blanket on top the spa sheet for an extra cozy feel, dim lights, calm music and gentle hands. I had a leak in the main water line to my home. I dug up a portion of the of line and found the leak. When I tried to find a plumber to repair, they either couldn't make it in for several days or quoted me $500 to $750 for a repairs that would take no more than 1.5 hours. When I contacted Willco, they arrived within an hour to give me a quote. The quote was for 1 to 1.5 hours. He was able to start immediately after he went to pick up the required parts. He worked in the rain and the job was completed within the hour. Final bill less was than $250! I was more than impressed. I have hired this company on multiple occasions. My plugs always seem to stop working. Within a few hours they are there to fix them. Maxwell is amazing and has the best personality. When we had our main level floors done in mid 2023, we were first informed we wouldn't need any leveling. Great, we thought. Then a month later, nails started popping out (I cut my foot on one), and the laminate was getting very large gaps. To their credit they came back to level that section of the floor and fix the nails.
Now this evening, in a completely different area, a nail has again popped up and I have again cut my foot on it. I'm going to just fix this myself, and thank the universe it wasn't my 4 year old who found the nail.
We will not be doing any business with them in the future if this is what they consider reasonable work.
EDIT - LW reached out to me the very next morning and took my concerns very seriously. Sam came out after we had arranged a date, and completely removed that section of the floor to fix the issue, as well as a small piece of trim that had popped off.
We wanted to have a new flooring in our main floor. Steve came by to understand what we wanted to have. In the store he prepared a great selection what would fit in. High quality laminate! We chose the Spanish one. The entire project was planned for a week. Steve and his team delivered an extraordinary result with eyes for details. The work was done perfectly and in time. They work very clean. We are very happy with the results. If you look for quality then we recommend Steve and his team. Thank you very much for the great and timely work.

We went to JR Flooring in Maple Ridge to help us choose, and then install new flooring in our late 1980’s home. Jeff spent a lot of time with us explaining the different options and which products had the best ratings for our needs. He also made a visit to our home with his installer, Florin, to aid us in deciding which type of flooring would be best. We brought home multiple samples to check products and colours before we made our informed decision. Jeff was knowledgeable, courteous and patient with us as he answered our multiple questions.
Our installer, Florin, was also outstanding. He removed our old flooring and mouldings and then was meticulous about making sure all was level before installing the new beautiful laminate. He worked tirelessly. We couldn’t be happier with our choice of flooring, the job done by our installer Florin, and the company we chose to guide us. Thank you to Jeff and Florin at JR Floors for an excellent job. Our new floors have transformed our space.

J Murphy’s Contracting (James) had renovated two bathrooms of neighbours and were very happy with the results. I am a 61 year old woman who has NEVER done a reno. I have no DYI skills and was terrified of doing a reno.
After living in my townhome for 20 years it was in desperate need of an update and repairs.
James listened carefully to what I wanted. Due to my lack of knowledge he would provide suggestions, especially when it came to priorities and how to get the biggest bang for my buck as I’m retired on a fixed budget.
I had my kitchen and bathroom gutted and reno’d. All the floors were changed and the wall, doors and ceiling were painted. I had new light fixtures installed as well as new bathroom sinks and quartz countertops in all bathrooms. James provides a detailed payment scheduled based on milestones. Other than a small deposit, you don’t pay James until the milestone is reached. That offered me such peace of mind.
I don’t know how he does it but if you need to contact him he is there. He responds to texts in second/minutes. He has answered my calls when away at a sporting function. James is there for you when you need him.
His employees and subcontractors are very skilled and helpful. I had all the help I needed in making design choices and I needed a lot of help as I was new to everything.
Everything is complete. A couple of very small things needed tweaking and James had it taken care of right away. I feel so fortunate that I found him as my Contractor.

I went and had a massage from Saran Jayakrishnan at Orenda wellness. It was the most incredible massage, I got so much relief from my pain immediately! He was such a fantastic RMT!
