I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Steve walked us through all steps of our Reno including flooring, tile, railings and doors! He offered so much help and advice. He made what would be a stressful time so much easier. We will definitely be using him and his team again for any future Reno’s and recommend them to our friends and family!

Had an amazing experience with carpet one. They literally transformed our 1980’s house into a beautiful modern home. Steve was super helpful when picking our flooring, he knows his stuff. Yousif and his team did such a wonderful job installing our LVP. They were professional and meticulous. It looks gorgeous!

I purchased new flooring from Steve at Carpet One last fall (October 2022). The experience from when Steve came to get measurements to final installation was without problems or delay. Yousef (the installer) was extremely hard working, incredibly efficient and detail oriented. My whole experience with Carpet One was positive and I love my new floors. Unfortunately, the toilet had been replaced after the new flooring (not by Carpet One) without a proper seal which caused the water to seep under the boards and five months later eventually through to the basement below.
