Jeff was great! He provided a lot of insight on the issue with our leaky value stops and the options that we had. Once we've settled on a plan, he was quick to complete the work and spent a lot of time afterwards to verify that the fix was successful and addressed the issue. Our hot water tank bit the dust and started leaking from the bottom.
I was able to schedule a same day, in home visit / quote with Jeff who showed up early (much appreciated) and ran me through what the job would entail.
After a quick trip to the supplier, Jeff started the job, brought everything up to code, ensured it was all functioning properly and provided a breakdown of what was done.

We are very pleased with the prompt response we received from Tiffin. We are reno-ing our main bath and discovered there was a huge leak after the previous company had completed and departed. When we reported the issue to the company that reno-ed our bathtub/shower they put us in touch with Tiffin who attended the same day and found the issues (turned out there were 2 issues). Jeff did not leave until the shower was thoroughly tested and we were satisfied. Thanks so much Jeff and Tiffin for your quick response and your thoroughness.
