I had Jeff come by and fix a toilet for me as well as service the hot water tank. He came by right at the time he was scheduled to come by and did an outstanding job and even left the areas he worked in cleaner than what condition they were in before. He was also friendly and courteous and put me at ease with any questions I had. I've got a few more plumbing jobs to do in the future and this company and Jeff the plumber will be the one I call for it. Thank you for everything!!!
Excellent service from start to finish. I highly recommend this company. The gentleman who came out today was knowledgeable and very friendly. Definitely would use their services again.
Excellent service! My shower faucet handle stopped working and MidCity was able to book an appointment for me the next day. Their technician Willi assessed the situation expertly and efficiently. He had to leave to get the right part but was back quickly. No extra charges for travelling to get that part either! Reasonable prices too! I recommend MidCity without hesitation!
