I have been to Orenda wellness, and my understanding of the day to day operations and the physical set up there are very different. The building has more than one business and they share a common front door, which is locked at all times. If you have an appointment with any business inside, there is an intercom to request to come in. No business has visual access to the main entrance, and Orenda wellness is on the second floor. So if someone came to buzz up that didn't have an appointment, then the door would simply not be unlocked.
