Ryan was quick to respond and installed a new furnace and hot water tank in a day. He resized the furnace we put in vs the old unit as we went with a 2 stage. Very happy as new unit is very effective and quieter than old unit, unfortunately our furnace door is slightly scarred with what looks like chemicals from manufacturing, came that way straight out of box, so waiting on a replacement. Best of the quotes we got, the pricing is reasonable.
