What can I say. Justin, John and Alair Homes built my dream home. From start to finish their level of quality and excellence, along with amazing customer service stood out me as a first time home builder. I would highly recommend them to someone looking for the best in everything I have listed. I wouldn’t say the process from start to finish was perfect, but I think that’s what makes me feel better about choosing Alair Homes because when something dint go right or according to the plan. We had the pleasure of working with Justin and John at Alair Homes for our recent project. John brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and his guidance and patience made the entire process a pleasant one. Both Justin and John were easy to communicate with and all our concerns were addressed professionally and in a timely manner. Given our project was done during COVID, it was very impressive that we landed on time and on budget! We are very happy with the services that Alair Homes provided and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Working as a subtrade to supply trusses to Alair has been fantastic. They're responsive and easy to coordinate design/delivery with. I wouldn't hesitate working with them again in the future.
