Recently came in and had a great experience. Summer was my stylist. Wait time was estimated at around 15 mins but I only waited 3. Summer was awesome because it felt like she cared, she listened and does great work. Also made the experience very human, which I personally value. It didn't feel like she was reading off a script and she actually cared. I did have dry scalp and she did recommend a product for it, i felt no pressure to buy it, i did and it works super well. I'm very happy with my consistent experiences here!

Zero wait times (when compared to the franchises in Burnaby and New Westminster). Friendly and professional stylists. Sometimes I am not in the right mindset to engage in small talk; and this is the place for me to get my hair cuts. Ample parking right in front of the shop. Reasonable pricing too. Would recommend this place anyday!Service: Hairstyling

Very pleased with my experience at great clips today. I signed in online so the wait time was ZERO.The stylist was friendly and professional.I ended up with a great cut for a great price!! Super happy!
