The technician Josh was very professional quick and efficient and repaired the water line that burst and flooded my basement. I am very satisfied with the service and the quick response of coming to repair the line. Thank you
The sewer suddenly backed up and overflowed. I called Roto-Rooter, and they sent plumber Su to come over. Su used a SeeSnake inspection camera to inspect inside the sewer and discovered that tree roots had damaged the sewer, causing the blockage. Meanwhile, Su used a detector to pinpoint the accurate blockage location and marked it. After that, Su used a Drain Snake to get rid of some roots in the sewer, and the problem was temporarily solved. A few days later, Su came back with a helper, dug 6 feet deep to remove the damaged sewer, and installed a new one. Su is well-equipped, highly experienced, and very friendly. A year ago we had a clogged sewer line, the "other guys" came the next day, augured the line, got it flowing and left.Yesterday it happened again so we called Roto-Rooter. They let us know we were in the que and the tech would be be here shortly.In good time Jay showed up and immediately impressed us with his professionalism, he removed a fixture and augured the line out to 100+ feet then ran a camera down, augured again finally clearing the clog (roots) and put the camera down again, I followed along fascinated.
