The response and service we received from Bumble Bee was impeccable! Bumble Bee responded very quickly and had someone on site so fast! The technician, Dylan Brindle, was simply fantastic and was the difference maker in why we chose to go with Bumble Bee. He was considerate, knowledgeable, and empathic with our needs. He took his time to not only diagnose the issues but also walk us through all options to repair or replace. Back office great, friendly.Maintenance tech friendly, professional.Paperwork/System: No kidding- best report on what was looked at, what was done (with pictures!) I have ever seen.Invoiced via e-mail, paid online.I called in from Texas about a property in AZ, and this was the smoothest process To schedule and execute. I’m a retired Aerospace Engineer, and this is probably the best experience I’ve had with a company.Service: HVAC system maintenance

The experience was excellent from the very beginning. The scheduler left a voicemail,, email, and text message to get the work scheduled. The work scheduled for the very next day. The technician found the problem and fixed it fairly quickly. Wasn't a "have to schedule a return appt" like many other contractors I have encountered. I am not sure about the price, it was a warranty item. Will sign up for the annual maintenance, which is a very good price. This company is fair and more importantly honest.Service: HVAC system repair
