Jordan, the technician who checked out our heat pump, was very knowledgeable and thorough. He gave an excellent explanation as to what was going on with our heat pump and took the time to answer any questions we had. He was very professional. I would definitely recommend Jordan and Scottsdale Air Heating and Cooling.

Five stars to Anguel and Ramon! They came before scheduled time of 8 am and installed a new heat pump on the roof at each end of my house by noon. The temperature was well above 100 degrees by the time they got off the roof!Both were very polite and knowledgeable. They cleaned everything up and installed new thermostats for both heat pumps. There was a technical problem with one of the new units that they tried to resolve. They left with cool air throughout the house over the weekend and came back early Monday morning and resolved the problem.My experience with Scottsdale Air has been outstanding so far. We used Scottsdale Air for the first time. Great experience from beginning to end! Booking the AC maintenance service and finding a convenient slot was easy. Jordan - the technician carrying out the work - was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, going beyond what I would call standard maintenance. I would recommend Scottsdale Air to anybody looking for professional HVAC services.Services: HVAC system maintenance
