My experience with Hackney Heating & Cooling was above and beyond my expectations. My AC was out for almost 3 days when I called Hackney Heating & Cooling, Drew (Owner/Operator) responded right away and was over to the house with portable coolers to hold me up until he was able to schedule an install. Drew’s crew got to work right away, completing the installation in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. I’m happy with my new AC unit installed. I highly recommend Hackney Heating & Cooling for all of your AC needs

Drew is outstanding! In 2018, 2 weeks after purchasing our home, in June, our AC went out. The inspection failed us. Drew went above and beyond and quickly brought in 2 mobile window units to keep my babies cool until we could figure out a solution. Fast forward to 2023, that unit finally failed, and again Drew had a new one installed in a few short days for our renters. He treats everyone as FAMILY in these emergency situations. I am a forever client for this company, and will refer him to everyone I know.

Drew and his team came out to service our units for an annual check. They were fantastic. They even helped reprogram our thermostats that were giving us issues and the changes he made corrected what had been happening. We are so happy with the service - thank you!
