Technician Mark arrived at the appointment time. This was a bi-annual inspection. Having been here before, Mark was familiar with the equipment. I told him that the A/C seemed to be operating fine during the summer. He inspected and cleaned the unit. He reported that everything was in good working order. Thank you Mark.
My AC was leaking I called Accurate in the morning and they scheduled a noon appointment. I really liked they scheduled specifically for noon not a typical 4 hour window. The technician was on time and great. He explained thoroughly what the issue was and what he would do and possible future necessary maintenance. I had a very good experience.
Accurate Air was the quickest response to my inquiry out of several other competitors. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly, and they were extremely quick scheduling my service. Job well done!
