“Chris was very nice and professional the whole time. I always hear horror stories that AC companies try to upsell a new unit and monthly memberships, which turns into thousands of dollars, when they could've just fixed it. My dog pulled out the wires and we tried to YouTube fix it but couldn't figure it out. Chris knew exactly what needed to be done before he even arrived and he explained why it wouldn't turn on and what he needed to do. Not once, did he try to sell me a new unit or a monthly membership, etc. He added a mesh wire for added protection from the dog which was not on the invoice. Definitely recommend especially if your dog chewed up or pulled your AC wires!!“
