“We signed a maintenance contract with Patriot Air to inspect our HVAC twice a year. Eric Lipp was our maintenance person and he took me on a tour of both of our HVAC systems. He told me what they look for and what would be signs of problems. Luckily this time there were none. Eric did not try to sell me anything expensive and he told me what i should ask for in the coming spring maintenance check. All in all a very positive experience.
Patriot Air was also very easy to work with in setting up the appointment and making sure that Eric came out at a time that was convenient to me.“

“Luis Vargas came out, took time to explain what appeared to be the problem and how it could be resolved. He has worked as a plumber for 14 years and have seen and experienced many different types of problems with pipes so I appreciated his expertise. My water pressure was sluggish, draining of water out of my tub slow, flushing toilets did not sound strong and clear as I would like. Luis, was able to help me ( homeowner) to relate to the overall working of the pipes and what could be causing each issue. He explained steps I could take to maintain clear pipes throughout my home. Very friendly and professional, cleans up any mess he might create.
He did replace my pressure control , which was malfunctioning that measures water coming into the house. There was a difference after the replacement“
