“Chris did a complete home audit. It was free as a maintenance plan member ($179). Although the findings were many and needing efficiency updating. Chris was very though, very patient, and explained the benefits to the comfort for both heating and cooling, as well as insulation requirements to not over task my rooftop gas package unit. I may have been a little slow to pick u on the fact my duct work returns were not the state of the art efficiency needed. He was very good with the pictures, explanations, and how to optimize pricing.“
