Had a new A/C & Furnace installed on 2/12/24. Old unit was 17 years old and didn't think it was going to survive another season.The crew that came out was very professional and courteous. They did a fantastic job and everything was cleaned up before they left. We would highly recommend Hays Cooling Heating & Plumbing for their work and pricing.

Hay's just installed two new Trane AC units yesterday, Jan. 31, and I have to say that Brian and the crew (I can't remember everyone's names) were outstanding. Very polite, courteous, and professional. They were very efficient.Aaron, the salesman was outstanding. He was very upfront and did not pressure. I truly appreciate the no pressure. I was upfront with him that I was taking other bids. It boiled down to Hay's and another company, I won't name the other company out of respect for them. The other company's offer was very good and Aaron matched it. I went with Hay's because there was something that felt good about going with them. My hot water heater went out and needed it replaced asap.Chris came after an already long day,called to see if the warranty was still in effect(it was)and we got it replaced. He had it switched out quick.Highly recommend them and Chris was amazing
