Had a great experience with Custom Plumbing! Both technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They were able to replace my garbage disposal within a day and sent a second technician out to address another possible problem. The technician was through and addressed my concerns and was able to help me diagnose the problem quickly. Will be using them for any future plumbing needs!

I own a rental property in AZ and my renters notified me one of the toilets wasn't flushing. Daniel Mertz with Custom Plumbing of Arizona was at the property within 2 hours. The toilet was just the flapper but luckily Daniel was very thorough and checked the entire house with a moisture meter where he identified a major problem nobody was aware of. The next day I needed the shut off valves replaced and it was his day off and he helped coordinate his teammate and the renters to get access to get this done. The 3rd day he was back onsite making final repairs to the shower area. He repaired everything that was needed immediately and let me know future things to budget for....read full review
