As a previous customer with a good experience, I had a very slow draining shower so called them out resolve the issue. They rushed out quickly and upon inspection of the shower stall floor drain, there was an under screen compacted with hair mostly. The Tech Gabrael cleaned the screen in just a few minutes. He did not charge us just urged us to use his company when a plumbing issue came up. We assured him we would. Gabrael was a very delightful man and represented Rooter Hero very well. I called and Alfredo was out within 45 minutes! He gave me a no obligation quote and we agreed to the service. He was unable to clear our issue with a snake so he gave a quote for hydrojet and we agreed he would come back in the morning because there were no machines that evening.I did get quotes from a couple other places and they were all pretty similar in price which makes me believe he was giving a fair price!He was knowledgeable and quick. I would definitely call Rotor Hero again.
