Don S. Was the Professional Installer Technician that arrived on time, evaluated the situation of installing a new Water Heater Tank. He gave me the quote and I accepted it. He is a totally professional in his work habits. He was very thorough in removing the old tank and replacing it with the new tank. He checked and doubled checked his work insuring everything was installed perfectly. His work ethics are truly professional. He displays great people etiquette In due time the job was completed and he went over the procedure on how to startup the uni and how to drain the unit.
